To say that I had the best experience with Comfort Systems would be an understatement. Here are the details of my experience: Last week my furnace stopped working (on one of the nights where it was single digits temperature at night). After a few troubleshooting tips, I decided to try and find a 24-hour HVAC company that was available. While some advertised 24-hour service, the first 2 companies on the list I tried did not answered. I then called Comfort and they answered immediately. They were still on another job site over 1 hour away and told me to try a few things. The furnace was still not functioning. They advised me to turn it off immediately and they would be at my place an hour later. They came sooner than expected - 45 minutes later. Once Yasin and Al took a look, they immediately said that I would need a new furnace. The heating element was gone, there was smoke coming out of the furnace, and had they not told me to turn the furnace off, my family and I would have been fatally harmed either due to an electrical fire or Carbon Monoxide poisoning. Essentially, they saved my family and I's lives. As soon as I heard that I would need a new furnace, I dreaded the wait time but they said they were dedicated to getting me one the following morning. I was cautiously optimistic. However, they exceeded my expectations because they showed up the next morning at 9am sharp with a new furnace. By the end of the evening, they had fully installed a brand-new furnace, changed the exhaust system so it was safer and more aesthetically pleasing, and also performed a maintenance/cleaning/repair of my air conditioning system outside so I would not have to replace that in the near future. My wife, children and I cannot thank Comfort Systems enough for their unmatched service, professionalism, punctuality, customer service and friendly nature. We appreciate all that you did for us.
