They WILL NOT REMOVE YOUR SNOW, EVER! You have to call them to remove the snow, otherwise they do not show up. Everyone else has their snow removed except you. They will damage your gutters, they will be off somewhere drinking a Tim's and laughing at you. They will not answer their phones when you call to complain and they will not return your emails.
