Partially finished the job, said he would return to finish than never came. More than 1 month of follow ups he finally returned to finish the job and charged extra. The finished product did not even last 10 days even though we followed all directions (house was empty, water was off). The finished product started to form bubbles and began peeling off at various places and the company refused to take responsibility. Said he would come back to fix it and never did. I have been following up now for additional 2mth and he finally responded when i called from a private number. He said he simply doesn't want to come back despite the product being under warranty, SWORE at me, than hung up.
