We have worked with PK flooring twice now to re-finishing original hardwood flooring and stair treads in houses from the early 1900s. Paul is great to work with and has always been able to get the jobs done quickly. Their work is amazing and we are always in awe of the results. They also leave your space very clean, which is impressive for so much sanding. I've included before and after photos of floors which had previously been painted and carpet installed over. We are so happy with the results! We would recommend PK flooring to anyone looking for their services!
