From meeting Antonia and learning about their product (many years at the Ottawa Home Show) to having her come to my home (when a new roof was finally required) to having my many questions answered, writing up a quote, more emails sent with more questions, committing to the project, then finally the installation ... it all went without a hitch! Shaun and his crew were professional, courteous, fast yet efficient, explain certain aspects of the job when I enquired and left my yard spotless when they completed the job in a day and a half.
