Amazing experience. When we first met Herb he was on-time, knowledgeable and exceptionally professional. We worked back and fourth with Trista for the weeks after that while we got things organized and items picked out for the renovation. Once all of the items were selected, we were quickly scheduled to have our work done. Trista was also exceptionally patient while dealing with some of the suppliers who struggled to deliver things to the correct address. The contractors went above and beyond - the communication was excellent, they found a scratch on our tub before installing it and handled the exchange on our behalf. While the work was being done, the house was kept clean, the work was done quickly and properly and the finished product is sensational. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. In terms of scope of work, they did a complete bathroom remodel, replaced all of the plumbing in the house, installed a hot water tank and a water softener. The house was functional by the end of the first week, and I think the remaining touches were finished about a week later. 100% recommend without reservations.
