I highly recommend this mover for any cross-border move. Flat Rate handled our move from Washington State to Vancouver BC and did a great job from start to finish. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable about the process for a cross-border move and the regulatory requirements on both sides of the border, Flat Rate was also very communicative and friendly. They are reasonably priced and extremely transparent. Prior to our moving day, they set up a call to go over the details of the process for our move, which included furniture and items the importation of a car from the US to Canada, advised us of the various forms that needed to be prepared and set up a schedule for the move. After our initial call, they kept in touch with us and readily answered our questions as they arose. On moving day they arrived on time and were extremely efficient. They met us at the border, helped us with the border crossing and delivered our furniture and boxes in perfect condition. Bottom line, we feel we couldnt have found a better mover!!
