The original installation looked nice and people have complimented me on them. The installer was courteous and professional.. ...a pleasure to deal with. However i do have one serious issue with this company in that they don't stand behind their work. When the initial install was done there was a bulge in the framing around the garage door. Therefore, the weatherstripping attached to it by nails, warped and pulled away from the frame. They replaced the weatherstripping and it warped again so I notified them. They wanted me to pay to replace it saying the hot sun was warping it but it is obvious it is caused by the bulge in the frame it is attached to. Without that being fixed, there is no point in me paying to have this done because it will happen again. I would not recommend this company based on this.
We have reached out to you to fix the isssue with no responce, my last email to you was dated Oct 6 2016, you have not replied. We would love the opportunity to rectify your issue. The doors were done in Sept 2014. I have offered to replace the weatherstrip. If needed we could also modify the jamb to reflect the sun that is warping. The doors look amazing and I'm not sure why we could not communicate with each other to rectify the issue. We stand behind our products and offer the best warranties in the industry to reflect that. For the record there is a one year warranty on the weatherstrip and although we are 2 years out of warranty on this issue we are still trying to fix this for you!
