I want to start by saying this is the first bad review I have ever written. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt however this experience was horrible. It started off with the cleaners changing dates due to personal circumstances. We were very accommodating for the date change as well as the fact they were an hour late to the cleaning. When we arrived to the house after the cleaning we were very disappointed. The cleaners had left dents in our walls ( we had just patched and painted before cleaning), there were walls that they never cleaned ( we noted to spend extra time on walls), and they didnt even touch the basement, not even a sweep. I emailed the owner and very politely voiced our disappointment and requested a refund. She replied stating that the terms required us to email our complaints within 24 hours of the cleaning however due to our living arrangements we were not able to check on the place until a few days later. Considering we were accommodating with the issues on their end, we politely asked for an exception to be made and they never replied. Regardless of the terms we paid a lot of money for them to do half the job. I tried calling Lindsey directly just to have her hang up on me after saying hello. I tried calling back a couple times just to be send straight to voicemail which stated her mailbox was full (never a good sign). Overall the experience was horrible and very unprofessional from the cleaners all the way to the owner. Steer clear of this business.
