The oven control knob post on our LG range was broken and caused the oven to work intermittently. Called iCare a technician came out identified the issue and ordered the parts. A week later the same technician came back and fixed the range. Everything is working great. The technician was courteous, cleaned up after the work was completed. Very happy with iCare.
