I've recently moved into my new home bought from Mattamy. When we speak of Substantial Completion, this should include the surrounding environment. Mattamy moved us into a total War zone, completely unsafe for my family, heavy machinery on my lawn, no grading, no driveway, no sidewalks. Halfway complete buildings as far as the eye can see. We need to wear full safety gear to exit the house, I can't find a hard hat for my 1 year old kid though.

- complete houses, and exterior within 25meters of the property before moving each person in.
