Excellent! Alex was very professional, explained all the features, prepared estimate quickly. He was quite frank with the approximate times for him and his partner Dan to come to the house to do the final measuring and they called with potential dates for installation. The installers Alex and Dan were very punctual and did a very thorough job, I was very impressed, as I had been concerned about installation of windows in December, but plastic was taped inside before the windows were removed so there wasn't much disruption at all. They did a great job and we are very pleased.
