An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We would like to give an open letter of recommendation for Reliance Superior Heating. We were going through the process of getting three quotes and Gavin from Superior was our second. Simply put, after having him in our home we cancelled the third appointment as we knew we found the right person and company for the job. Gavin had just the right mixture of professionalism and friendliness! He was very knowledgeable about the products, the pricing, the installation process, and recommended exactly what we needed for our home. Gavin took the time to listen carefully to what we were saying, answer all questions directly, and, most importantly, understandably. Once we selected Reliance Superior the installers were excellent as they used drop cloths and kept the job site and my home spotless. The install team was also very polite and explained things to us. Needless to say, we are very satisfied overall with the entire Reliance Superior team and highly recommend them to all. Save time and buy with confidence!
