I called Mersey when my A/C stopped working as they had done an annual maintenance check a few months earlier. After only partially assessing the equipment (he refused to go in the attic), the service technician told me that he thought my air conditioning unit needed to be completely replaced. I called another service company and within 5 minutes they determined only the air filter needed to be replaced a $20 fix vs thousands suggested by Mersey. I would have thought that a dirty air filter would have been identified in the annual maintenance checkup they offer but apparently not! Despite this they refused to refund me the money for the service call, I didn't even bother asking for a refund for the maintenance check. I had countless other issues with Mersey including with them cancelling the service appointments the morning of. Don't use them, the customer service across the whole organization is terrible.
