GE gave me their name and number as their authorized repair company in the Muskoka area. My washer was not working so I called them. Eventually they showed up and decided the damaged door seal was the cause of the problem. After it was replace weeks later the washer still didn't work. It cost over $500 and my washer was still broken. A friend that is a marine mechanic diagnosed the problem and fixed it by replacing the cold water intake valve. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE
