From my first encounter with Nidal, the salesman and Jeff and Rob the installers to the follow up calls by both Nidal and Shawn to check up on our satisfaction with the completed work I was very happy with this company. We had QSI upgrading many windows in our home previously and we were hoping to find a quality business to complete our window upgrades. Well we found that in Nordik. We were told right upfront that due to COVID and supply chains that the custom windows we ordered would take several weeks but they came in a little before we expected. The installation crew worked non-stop through a miserable wet day to expertly complete the job. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants top notch windows installed by a top notch company.
