25K three orders Serenity and issues in all of them
1st order: 16K installed by them - issues in product & installation. 2nd order: 6K installed by them - issues in products & installation. 3rd order: 6K disaster 4 blinds they made by mistake and want to blame me and refuse to fix, they want me to re purchase. outrageous and extremely bad customer service.
