I am sitting home again for the third time, having taken the day off of work to have my new window installed. Again, Nordik Windows and Doors has no-showed without notice. This window has nearly cost me more in lost work hours than I paid for it. I am beyond disappionted, angry, and frustrated! They are ignoring my requests to be moved onto Customer Service where I can begin to discuss compensation for this.

Hello Nancy, we apologize for the previous missed appointments and the inconvenience this caused. We did install the window yesterday and we hope you are very pleased with the results.
