Alon saved me from another HomeStars repair person. I had accepted the offer of the first HomeStar Technician to come on-site and do a diagnostic. When he arrived, he identified that my spring was broken and had been over a barrel. He told me that it could crash down at any moment and ruin the motor, causing further costs. His quote felt very high, but I didn't have a choice, so I agreed. Then I did more research and found ALON. I explained the situation and even after paying the first technicians fee to come on site AND paying Alon, it was cheaper than the predatory quote of the first technician.
