I decided to let Monarchy install my roof after reviewing several roofing companies. There was never a rush for any money and payment was only required when the job was done. The installers did a very tidy and professional looking job. I even encouraged my sister to get her roof done with Monarchy, even though a new roof was not in her immediate plans. She signed with Monarchy even before my roof was finished. That was how pleased she was with the job the installers were doing. I have no Cons about this job. It is 5 stars all the way.
