Came through for me when the manufacturer couldn’t
My Jennair range oven stopped working suddenly so I tried contacting the manufacturer to get a service call. They took months to get back to me and when they did they didn’t have the parts. So I finally called 911 Appliance Repair and was connected with Evgeny. He showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the issue and found me a replacement part (oven computer) when even the manufacturer couldn’t get one. It took just over 2 weeks from first call to last. My only regret is not calling sooner!
