Ripped off homeowner

We hired B n w to replace our existing garage door. They not only installed it incorrectly, they damaged the existing motor and forced me to buy a new one from them. I asked them to repair my damaged part and they never returned. I was left with a broken and unsecured garage door. Buyer beware.

This is the biggest mistake I ever made letting this company enter my home for insurance repairs. They were very unprofessional (Greg) they refused to open up damaged walls and would blame everything on the insurance company. It took me 6 months to get my house back to normal thanks to Greg from AK trying to take the insurance money and run. 2 thumbs down.
