Our experience with Flat Rate was amazing. We moved my wife's belongings from LA to Vancouver, Canada. Throughout the process Leo was very communicative, responsive, and always available when we needed something. When Safet and his team showed up to load the truck he and his team were friendly, professional, efficient, and treated all our things with the utmost care. Even when we had a problem (no fault of the company's) and had to delay bringing items across the border for a few months, they coordinated to quickly get things into storage unit at minimal cost to us, despite the late hour. All-in-all we've never had such an easy moving experience. If we ever need to move across the border again, we would hire Flat Rate again, no questions asked.
