My wife and I decided to knock down our cottage and build our dream home in its place. Being from Dunnville originally, I wanted a local touch and was happy to find Jason and Rijus. He came out to the cottage and we went over some of our own basic design criteria with him. We had some very definitive ideas and he was able to incorporate all of them within the confines of the lot. Further consultations in his office really allowed us to refine our vision and the final plans came together beautifullly.
