Since my washer is still under warranty, Electrolux paired me up with Chris, and I'm very thankful that they did. Chris was a true pleasure to deal with today. He was knowledgeable, kind, courteous and fixed the problem with ease. He was also able to easily diagnose an issue we are having with the washer, and will be back soon enough to fix that too. He even put this call in for us, without me even having to ask. We are very thankful for Chris' help today, and would highly recommend.
