I have never left a review before in my life. The service was so poor i wish there was a zero star option. After agreeing on the stone they said they ran out (they measured wrong how much was needed for the job). Then proceeded to say it was on back order and unavailable, it was not. when that didnt work Scarlet was beyond rude and unprofessional. She completely lost any composure was yelling on the phone and hung up on 3 different occasions. No sense of professionalism at all.
