The last stage of our Kitchen Reno with a quartz backsplash was just completed today and we are absolutely astounded with the quality of work and the customer service from Master Kitchens. Christine went beyond oustanding service! She was always available for our questions and ensured that our needs were well taken care of. The crews that delivered and installed our countertop and the backsplash were extremely professional and experts at this work. In all , we are absolutely happy with the very high quality work and value we received from Christine and the Master Kitchen installation crews. I would not hesitate to recommend that you check the quality and pricing of Master Kitchens.

We were unable to travel to their showroom so Elizabeth helped us by email and text. She was amazing, explained any questions we had, and there were a lot since we had not done this before. Pictures were sent of the stone. We narrowed it down to 3. One of the team came with the samples and took measurements, he too was very helpful. We made final arrangements by text and our counter top and sink were installed in a week. They removed the old one and left everything clean. We are amazed by how fast and efficient they are. Mmb

Amazing company and great people. Very knowledgeable, attentive to detail and helped us every step of the way. We had lots of questions and they not only helped us but explained in details the process. The quartz is gorgeous and we could not be more happy with the finished product including an amazing waterfall on a 10 ft island!

I have never left a review before in my life. The service was so poor i wish there was a zero star option. After agreeing on the stone they said they ran out (they measured wrong how much was needed for the job). Then proceeded to say it was on back order and unavailable, it was not.

when that didnt work Scarlet was beyond rude and unprofessional. She completely lost any composure was yelling on the phone and hung up on 3 different occasions. No sense of professionalism at all.

Specially Scarlett she is not reliable, she never filled her commitment, with very bad attitude!
I ordered a countertop they promised to install in 3 days it took them 3 weeks to install because of the wrong measurements, using the wrong tools, wrong order
None of the team speak English and we had to deal with the Scarlett attitude.
They after sale service took them 3 failed appointment to end up not finishing the services properly
After using the counter top for 4 months it start cracking and stain !! Worse products ever !

I absolutely do not recommend this company. This was by far the MOST HORRIBLE reno experience I encountered. I visited them in January 2022, picked the quartz for my project, and paid the deposit to purchase the slab. Everything was smooth, until the installation day in April when I realized that they had given me the wrong slab. It was the same colour but different finish. They offered me a $500 discount to keep the wrong stone (the total cost for the kitchen was about $8000), which I refused. Six weeks later (two days before the scheduled installation date) the manager demanded that I have to pay the remaining balance in cash (which was about $5,000 or so) and we already paid them 50% of the total at this point. I told them that's not what we agreed upon and they basically said if no cash then no installation, to which I told the manager to keep the slab and I will sue them. Upon installation, the installer gave us a paper which the manager gave him, where she requested that I sign and acknowledge that the job has been done in a satisfactory manner and I have to remove my review online OR THEY WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAISNT ME. What a joke!

Professional and friendly staff especially Scarlott, our contact during this project. They have done excellent work and have always arrived on time during counter top measurement and installation.
I highly recommend them.
