Angelica represented the equipment properly, spoke to the Owner on our behalf, made the terms easy to understand and bettered the price on our behalf. The delivery crew worked around my schedule and delivered the Thermadore once I was back in town...smooth and without issue. We love this stove so much and only wish we had need of another lol sorry for the 10 out of 10, I never give perfect.
