I have been buying from this company for years, more than 20 electrical and gas appliances for sure, they always give a very good prices, fast deliveries, and fantastic customer service and 1 year full warranty. I don't understand the bad comments.

I bought a fridge and an stove from Barcelona Appliances. This is a repeat customer. I got a good price and the appliances are stainless steel and look nice in my new apartment. Thank you I got all my products within 7 working days and a superb service from the team!

Ordered 2 fridges and was told both are in perfect condition. When fridges arrived, both were damaged. The delivery was refused and was told on the phone that money will be refunded. That was last time I heard from them. The salesman Yuri just started ignoring me.
The money was disputed and refunded through bank.

3rd refrigerator that doesn't work, service is horrific. They ignore me, make promises that they don't keep.

What you see is not what you get.. my fridge was replaced 4 times after bringing what i did not order to me warranty is out of it.. they dont pick calls OR REPLY Text.. fridge has been broken for over a month.. they never respond back to calls and text.. i would never ever recommend them.. NEVER

The company never responded to emails or vm. When I finally got hold of someone, I re-communicated the fact that I live in a condo and needed time to book the service elevator. I received a message at 4:45pm that day stating it will arrive tomorrow.

Subsequently, the next day they arrived late, initially refused to install or take the old appliance away, even although I had pre-paid for these services. In addition, they, scratched the door and broke the door handle in the process.

Unprofessional from start to finish.

Angelica represented the equipment properly, spoke to the Owner on our behalf, made the terms easy to understand and bettered the price on our behalf.
The delivery crew worked around my schedule and delivered the Thermadore once I was back in town...smooth and without issue.
We love this stove so much and only wish we had need of another lol

sorry for the 10 out of 10, I never give perfect.

Just bought a new washer and dryer and they didn't show up for delivery. After having to chase them down, the girl on the phone admitted that the other girl who took my order makes mistakes all the time and she's always having to fix them. They gave me a new 3-hour delivery window for the next day but the problem is they are being installed in a house in another city (which I made very clear) and I don't live there. Therefore, I had to take two half-days off work to drive and wait 3 hours for them. I tried calling multiple times to speak to someone about this, even was given the owner's cell number, but no response from anyone.....

Cristina and Greg were both helpful and courteous in handling and resolving my warranty claim for a faulty fridge I purchased from Barcelona Appliances 10 months ago.

Want to replace part with used-Purchased fridge July 14th- hooked up plumbing to unit started pouring out water disconnected
called service- tech came out -two weeks later- no fix-
excuses for delay- no parts -no replacement fridge- the date is Aug. 17th still no repair or replacement or refund.
