J & S Services dispatch was polite, professional and communicative. Issue had shutdown my ability to use my heating and I was anxious about getting it looked at. Mike arrived and quickly made me feel confident that he would be able to address the issue. 45 min later he was gone and I was good to go! Great Experience!
