Over all the York 29 purchase I made from Trico Homes was quite pleasant. The sales staff was very helpful in answering my many many questions before deciding to purchase. Even after the purchase, the sales staff was always willing to help finding answers to my questions and a few concerns. The purchase process was not very stressful and in the end I am quite satisfied.

- I already suggest minor cosmetic changes that applies to the York 29 project alone. Over all, I could not suggest anything that would affect the larger picture.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Always ask questions, buying a home is no small task and if you don't ask the questions before you buy, you might regret it after.
