Somehow I had accidentally locked the bedroom door where my granddaughter was to sleep that Saturday night. I searched various locksmiths only to learn they were all closed on the weekends. Kevin's service is open 24/7! I contacted him and he was able to get the door open even though the lock was not cooperating. He replaced that knob with a handle that does not lock and saved the day.
