I accepted the quote even though I felt it a little pricey. John was great and very knowledgeable. The next day, I found I couldn't get the plug into the upper part of the outlet. I called Ralph, customer service, to let him know I felt it was defective and he gave me a little bit of a hard time. He told me to call Joseph who was wonderful & made me feel better. He was able to come 2 days later & replaced it confirming it was defective. If not for a disappointing experience with customer service I would have given a much better review!
