Claude is the best service rep we have had from Mr. Furnace. Not only does he know about hot water boilers, he also was the one who solved the problem with our air conditioner. He is clean, thorough, explains what he is doing and why it needs to be done. He is knowledgeable about boilers and air conditioners. We will always ask for Claude when we need a technician to help us with our furnace or are conditioner. Exceptional customer service.
