Purchased a home where the owner contracted with Simply Comfort. I had the owner buyout the contract. They paid $8500 to buy it out. I have these products sitting in my house. I called simply comfort and they don't have manuals to share on the products nor will they service them without charging a fee. There is no documentation on the products. They gave me the model number and I am on my own. I can't find any information online.
