We were trying to replace the elbow underneath our sink and it broke. H Jack was able to replace the elbox and they also put on new faucet handles that we had bought. Good service, but pretty pricey (I think they may have even charged more than the $150). They are available around the clock though, so for emergencies they wouldn't be a bad deal.

Very very friendly. Great customer service. Best prices for plumbing in town. The nicest folks. Very knowledgeable and efficient. I was lucky enough to find out about them years ago when I was renting. And I kept their name in the back of my mind for when I bought a house. Highly recommend them:)

I had previously had a problem with my furnace not blowing warm air and shutting off too soon. I had a different person/company look at it and supposedly they fixed the problem. But yet, I was still having the problem. The second time I called Keep. They should have been my first call and only call. Make sure you call them first. They accurately diagnosed and fixed the problem right the first time:) Fast, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable and accurate. HIGHLY recommend them!!

I got my papasan chair pretty cheap a while back. The customer service was not very good at all. They have signs up in their front windows that they are going out of business. If you are looking for cheap prices, that may be the way to go. But their customer service is lousy and their products don't last.

I have been going to Valu Home Center since before I became a home owner 6 years ago. No matter what I have needed, the staff has always been very knowledgeable and friendly. On the rare occasion, that they do not have what I need, they know exactly where to send me. You don't have to go looking for a staff member. They come to you as soon as you come in the door. I have gotten painting supplies here along with many other things.

I had some soffit that had blown off in a wind storm and needed replaced. They put new soffit up. The soffit they put up stayed, but the next winter or so, another section of soffit came out.
