We Bought a sofa bedroom set two ocasional chairs. We ordered these in oct 2010 and i forgot to put this on this web page. Our sofa had one bad cushion we had two firm cushions and one very soft. The manager was trying to tell us oh all the cushions wear different well this sofa was brand new so there was something wrong with the on cushion. We phoned numerous times spoke to the manager a few times. Ieven took the cushion down to brampton with me for him to look at he gave me some big run around. That cushions all wear different.. He told me after many phone calls that we would get a new cushion but that was close to two years agon no cushion. Communication sucks they very rarely anwser the phone. And the manager is all talk and no action. Once they get your money forget any customer service you will not get any from them. I had to drive 45 min to the store we live north of orangeville and did me no good at all. Also the bedroom set the knobs would not thread on not all of them but about 4 so we had to call them for new ones. They got them in weeks later never bothered to call i called again he told me they were here. Also we ordered a second ocasional chair it took seven months to get it. The manager never called us once to update us i had to keep calling to get information and most times you got the voice mail or no one picks up the phone. They have terrible customer service wants they get your money no customer service. They just talk a big story the manger is smooth and talks smooth but once they have your cash forget getting any service. We did our research checked out many stores thought this was our best bet wrong worst experience . We will have to replace the sofa way earlier they we want to do to the fact of the soft cushion. I would stongly recommend buying from some where like sears or lazyboy you will have a better chance of getting better customer service. We would not recommend them at all and i would say buyer be ware. Be smart do not shop at this store we are paying the price having a defective sofa. We made all efforts to get it fixed they just brushed us off. So we are stuck with it. We could not take the stress of moving then the furniture being defective so we gave up with concord. So if you want furniture shop else where do not go to concord we did we thought it was great it is not spend your money else where you have been warned. Burned Consumer
