Performed annual furnace maintenance and took the time to explain a number of pointers that I was not aware of around regular filter maintenance, the humidifier and related maintenance and general best practices. Also helped out with replacing a humidifier filter that was not part of the original work order (extra cost but worth it). This was all performed with very high level of professionalism.
