We were looking to replace our existing rock garden with a retaining wall and replace some existing concrete around the pool. One of the major issues was getting equipment in the area to remove the debris. BYG suggested they could do it manually thereby no damage to the property with equipment. From the quoting process to the completion of the project we met with professional, personable and knowledgeable people. Regi was great to work with. He was easily accessible and always responded in a timely manner. The contractors had a tough job removing the concrete, bringing in the materials during some of the hottest days in the summer. They were polite, easy to talk and discuss ideas with. At the end of each day they would clean up and ensure we were happy. The end result was exactly what we were hoping for and more with no revisions to cost or time.
