We took my Mother-In-Law's antique bed to Hurley's to have it restored. It had been abandoned in a barn for several years and needed some work done. It was originally an off - size and would have required a custom mattress, so we had it re-done to fit a standard Queen size matress. The bed now looks better than ever and you cannot see the repairs or where it was resized. We have taken several projects to them since and will be going again in the future.

We started by purchasing parts to repair a Whirlpool Range that came with our current home. The parts were reasonably priced and the service was accurate and friendly. Unfortunately, the parts were not all that was needed to fix my stove and we had Sandpoint come out to repair it. They arrived on time, within a reasonable amount of time, and made the repair easily and quickly. Their prices are around average for this area. I would highly recommend them!

After having another company attempt restoration after a basement flood in our home, Troutner came in and completely took over. They removed the carpeting from our home to dry it out - which since it had been sitting over a wet padding for several days was not expected to work out. The team was extremely professional in carrying out all the work involved. They provided us with a carpet dealer to replace what we had, took care of all the repairs, as well as opening up behind the walls to check for mold. Their sub-contractors were all extremely capable and professional as well. They completed the job with minimal disruption for this type of job, as well.

After getting nearly 6" of water out of our basement, our insurance comapny recommended Paul Davis Restoration. They came out and tried to dry the thick carpeting by only using fans and not removing the padding underneath. As a comparison, try drying a sponge while it sits in a pan of water. After hiring another contractor, the carpeting was removed to an outside location to dry, the padding removed and trashed, as well as checking behind the drywall in several locations for mold, which was not recommended by Paul Davis Systems. I don't think I would ever recommend that anyone use their service.

We had Steam Team out to clean our carpets and on a whim had them check our basesment carpet with a red stain. It had been cleaned before, but the stain remained. After pre-treating the stain, they came back and the stan miraculously disappeared! They are the best in town - maybe not the cheapest, but definately the best.
