It has been my great pleasure to recently do business with your company. The main person I had dealings with was Leo, whom on incredibly short notice was able to schedule my wife and I in for a move of all our household possessions from Vancouver, Canada, to Bellingham, Washington, USA. I think it was about four days from my first phone contact with Leo until the day he moved us. In an effort to help us get everything ready for this cross-border move, Leo went back and forth with me several times to help me prepare my list of documents and 3299 form. With out him none of this would have been manageable, and he was replying to my continued questions regarding these forms even late into the night past business hours so we would be ready to go. He also went through the border crossing process and kept me filled in on timing and the order things would happen in. On the day of the move they, showed up early and went right to work getting everything down from our seventh-floor apartment to the truck, with no damage to our items or the building’s elevator and lobby. These guys were excellent. We followed Leo’s instructions exactly at the US border and had no problems, getting through in just a matter of minutes. Once at our new home in Bellingham, Leo had arranged for one of his associates to---incredibly---come up from California to meet the truck and help Justin get all our household goods inside. This was certainly the best moving experience I have ever had in my life, and although Leo had good workers to help him get it done it is obvious to both myself and my wife that the true credit for things operating so well, from beginning to end, should go to Leo. He is that rare sort of person that does more than is ever asked, expected or required of him. I wish your company continued success, and give you my warmest thanks for such great service!
