I swear they had the problem figured out before they arrived. They were here for all of 10 minutes and went right to the issue and proved the problem. I learned not to turn my dial counter-clockwise on this particular model of dryer. Still have to get it fixed, but my gosh, these guys were good! I expect the same going forward with the repair.
