Mike arrived early and was already examining the roof when my wife and I arrived on site. Mike was thorough and methodical, yet personable and sensitive to our knowledge-levels on the more technical aspects of various utilities, etc. Upon completion of his review, he kept perspective in assessing and documenting shortfalls in the various aspects of the building requiring maintenance (immediate vs longer-term "watch-list" action items) . He followed up within hours with a 20+ page report (illustrated) documenting the results of his inspection and recommendations. I cannot recommend Mike to my MOTHER who has been dead for 12 years, but would recommend him highly for people who have a need for a competent (retail) building inspector.
