We bought our 7-piece dining set from Ivan Smith furniture. It was a very pleasant experience. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Any time I've been in there, I was greeted by friendly people who genuinely want to help. Ivan Smith furniture will be our first stop for any future furniture shopping.

We needed to replace some broken window glass. We got estimates as high as around $200 for just the glass. I went into Hudson's and they cut all the pieces I needed while I waited (just a few minutes). The grand total was $42! We will definitely go back to them if we ever need glass again, and would recommend them to anyone who wants to avoid getting ripped off.

I found the folks at Brown furniture to be very friendly and courteous; nice hometown-type people. They were very helpful without being pushy. They didn't try to sell us items we didn't need, but directed us to exactly what we were looking for.

We knew we were in the right place as soon as we walked in. The owners, Corky and Tammy, are wonderful people. They were very honest in helping us choose certain features, advising where our money would be best spent and letting us know where we could save money. They were also very helpful where our financing was concerned. They worked very hard to get us our "dream home". My husband called the other day to ask them about some replacement windows (lawn mowing accident). Corky remembered him...and it's been 4 years! We have recommended them to everyone we know who is looking for a mobile home retailer, and will continue to do so.

When we bought our mobile home, we had to have our septic system working before we could legally move in. We chose Morrison's because they were recommended by friends of the family. We ended up waiting for two weeks for them to come install our system. The installation kept getting delayed. However, once they did show up, they installed the system very quickly and the price was lower than we expected. I would recommend them to anyone who is not in a big hurry.

We had hired Jerry Gill to haul in some dirt to help fill-in some low spots on our property. He was very good about staying in contact with us and his price never changed. He was very friendly and courteous. He came by after my husband had been hospitalized and noticed a place on our property was flooded. He brought us a small load to help out with that just as a "blessing". I would recommend him highly.

Our A/C went out last summer. My husband and a friend worked on it, but it still wouldn't cool. We called Southern Quality. They showed up in a very timely manner, and were very friendly and helpful. When the technician found there was no real problem with the system (hubby had fixed it, and didn't realize it lol), he said he wouldn't charge us for his services. We paid him $35 for his time just because he was so courteous and he did take the time to come out. If we ever have problems again, Southern Quality will be our first call. They could have "found a problem" and charged us an arm and a leg. Their honesty is a rare quality these days.

Arrow Movers uses state-of-the-art equipment to move a mobile home into or out of the tightest spaces. They were very professional and courteous. They did a great job putting our home back together after the move. One nice guy even went above and beyond and reseamed our carpet! Caution: Be sure to ask about extra costs upfront. Every time they have to use the "platypus", there is an extra cost involved. We didn't realize that until it was time to pay up. However, the price was renegotiated after my husband reminded the owner that he (hubby) had already removed our skirting, and done other time-saving work for them before they arrived. All-in-all a pleasant experience.
