Our A/C went out last summer. My husband and a friend worked on it, but it still wouldn't cool. We called Southern Quality. They showed up in a very timely manner, and were very friendly and helpful. When the technician found there was no real problem with the system (hubby had fixed it, and didn't realize it lol), he said he wouldn't charge us for his services. We paid him $35 for his time just because he was so courteous and he did take the time to come out. If we ever have problems again, Southern Quality will be our first call. They could have "found a problem" and charged us an arm and a leg. Their honesty is a rare quality these days.
