Our home addition and top up was a project we started four years ago, but shelved due to cost. We had taken an initial quote from Modular, which immediately gave us a good understanding of what to expect. So, when we decided to go ahead in 2020, we chose to go with Modular because of Milan's patience, their clear pricing, and not to mention the excellent reviews on Homestars. We were not disappointed. Even with all the Covid related delays, once the construction began, everything went quickly and Modular was quick to improvise and adjust where there was a supply problem. The trades were great as was their front office. The quality of work has been excellent and through the entire construction period, they always kept the site clean. Ultimately, we are very happy with the final result and will happily recommend Modular to anyone who asks!

Alex and his installer were great from start to finish. Alex gave us a detailed presentation on the proposed project and a proper quotation. He followed it up with a signed contract and gave us an estimated date for delivery and installation. The delivery was several weeks later but that was to be expected during the pandemic. On the agreed date, Alex's installer showed up on time and finished the job efficiently and quickly. We are very happy with how it turned out! Sorry for the late review Alex!
