EDIT: May 31, 2022 - Pro Fence and Decks has replaced most of the fence after finally receiving confirmation from the manufacturer that there was a defect with the product installed. They acknowledged that communication could have been better during the 14 month wait to get this resolved. Only 4 years after installation, we noticed that our fence has faded considerably. It seems they used inferior fencing materials that can't be exposed to sunlight. We tried contacting them to get this fixed but they ignore us for months. They eventually showed up to have a look for themselves and agreed it had faded. Since then, they have continued to ignore us. Even our claim with the BBB was ignore by them. It has now been six months since we initially contacted them and our fence is still no closer to being fixed. Avoid Pro Fence and Decks at all costs. They are a nightmare to deal with and your fence will look horribly faded after a few summers!
