I am not sure if all the reviews are from real clients or friends of the family. So I feel compelled to provide you with my experience.
I emailed Pro Fence on May 16th/18, on May 17/18 they asked where I lived and I responded immediately, then never heard back until I initiated an e-mail on May 22/18 asking when they will be coming by. They apologized for not getting back to me and that it's a family run business so sometimes e-mails can get lost. After the phone call he mentioned that he would send me an e-mail regarding a time to meet. Regrettably the time did not work, so I gave them a time that worked better for my family. I did not hear from them once again for a few days so I sent them another email, in which they finally got back . We met on the 25th of May which was a rainy day, so when Jorge arrived he had a tape measure in his hand but didn't want to get wet so he asked for the measurements or plan of the backyard, which I personally thought was unprofessional for why are you hear if I could have just sent you all the info. He eventually chose to venture outside to get the measurements and said that he would send me the quote for sure by the Sunday May 24th. On Monday May 25th I had not heard from them, so I e-mailed them to tell them if I do not hear from you by Tuesday the 25th I was moving on, in which I did. On June 8th I chose to e-mail them to inform them that I will be sharing my negative experience at which point he replied with: If you are still interested I will send you the quote .
I wasted over 2 weeks chasing them for their business. This is not how good customer service is built.
