Efficient, fast and amazing communication
We had no hot water. We called Sam and he came that afternoon and assessed the situation giving us options and also making sure we had hot water while we decided how to proceed (it was clear the boiler needed to be replaced. Within 3 days he had the new equipment and spent the day installing the new heater. He made a frustrating situation easy - also so considerate and COVID appropriate.
