We ordered digital cable, internet and DVR service from Cox Communications. The self-installation package was easy enough to follow, however we have experienced several hardware failures involving our DVR cable receiver. We are on our second box, but the Cox technicians on the phone were very helpful. We did experience some billing issues, however, which we spent over an hour on the phone getting resolved.
